The goal of this project was to focus on a health issue in a specific community and to create a health event in order to help educate and prevent illness in the future. I chose to focus on the greater Ohio community as they have seen drastic ramifications from the prescription drug epidemic. I created a fictitious organization that created health events for the community. For instance, I created events centered around MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) for the month of March getting individuals involved in their community and educating them about a larger issue.
